By commissioning me in any kind type of artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
PAYMENT PROCESS:✦ Payment upfront via Paypal invoice.
✦ Full payment after sending the blurred sketch then after payment I will send the whole sketch.
✦ Paying will be securing your slot.
✦ Commercial Commission will be discussed in DM.ABOUT REFUNDS:1. Strictly NO refunds when:
✦ When I am still able to finish the artwork on time.
✦ You have secured your slot in the commission queue.
✦ The artwork is already finished.2. I will send the Full Refunds if:
✦ IF I did not deliver the Artwork on the promised date and time.
✦ IF I am unable to continue or finish due to personal affairs (i.e., School work & Health).CANCELLING THE COMMISSION:✦ You can cancel your commission IF you have not paid yet.COMMISSION PROCESS:✦ Working time on each commission can last 1 week to 2 months, depending on the requested commission. I will set a deadline for when I will start and finish the artwork. This deadline can be discussed with the client on when they want to receive the artwork. If requested on an early date, it will be considered a rush commission and will be the priority.
✦ I will send work in progress on each milestone of your commission.
✦ You have limited to 3 revisions; asking for more will result in additional fees. Asking for corrections/adjustments are NOT included in additional fees.
✦ I choose which commission to work on first, please check your slot queue.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY:✦ If the artwork is for Personal use then its Personal use only .
✦ I am allowed to use the art piece in my portfolio, you can request when you do not want your commission to be posted publicly.
✦ Reproducing, modifying, or tracing the commissioned artwork in any form is not allowed unless you have the rights.
✦ You can publish, use, and promote your commissioned artwork as long proper credit is given to the artist.
✦ You need to Pay the extra fees if you are going to use the artwork for Commercial Use (e.i, YouTube thumbnails, monetized video, promotional advertisements, Merchandise, Game Assets, etc.).
✦ DO NOT use the commissioned artwork for NFT, AI Training learning, Generative AI or otherwise you will be blacklisted.Art work will send via Google drive.
